HI, I'm Jules!
Born in NC but raised quite literally all over the world due to a military family. I currently live in St. Louis, Missouri but love to travel several times a year (because the midwest.. ya know?)
Some of my favorite things:
- a good iced coffee
- binging any TV show / movie that I've seen 100 times
- scrapbooking
- thrifting!!
- being a mom :')
My approach:
TO HAVE FUN!! I don't want to deliver you stiff and posed portraits that feel forced. I want my clients to truly have fun, let loose and enjoy their time with me.
Of course I love to get a few 'smiling at the camera' shots that can hang on your wall, but I also love to incorporate lots of movement and direction into my sessions.
I truly believe that no two sessions or weddings are alike and because of that I love to be able to edit based off the scenery, color scheme + overall vibe! Whether that is bright and true to color or more warm, grainy and film-y.
Fun Fact: I used to live in Arizona prior to meeting my husband! We still travel there 1-2 times a year to visit friends + family and of course take advantage of the scenery!!
